MoneyKarois an affiliate marketing platform that enables registered users (“Affiliates”) to create a personal product store page, add affiliate links from third-party e-commerce providers (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others), and share those pages with potential buyers. Affiliates earn commissions directly from the respective provider when a purchase is made through their affiliate link.

DIStudio Technologies is a technology platform provider only. We are not a seller, buyer, or party to any transaction that occurs between an Affiliate and a third-party provider.

You must meet the following conditions to use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or 13 years with parental/guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must have a valid affiliate account with the respective provider whose links you add.
• Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India.

• Affiliates are solely responsible for obtaining valid affiliate links from third-party providers and ensuring those links comply with the respective provider's terms and conditions.
• MoneyKaro does not guarantee any minimum commission, earnings, or conversions. Commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility are determined entirely by the third-party provider.
• DIStudio Technologies is not liable for any disputes between Affiliates and third-party providers regarding commission payouts, transaction validity, or affiliate programme changes.
• You must not add fake, broken, or non-affiliate links to the Platform. Any misuse will result in immediate account suspension.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Not post misleading, false, or deceptive product information or prices.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are the exclusive property of DIStudio Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DIStudio Technologiesmakes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of product prices, availability, or descriptions shown on Affiliate store pages, as these are sourced from third-party providers.
• DIStudio Technologies is not responsible for any loss of earnings, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIStudio Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

DIStudio Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

DIStudio Technologies may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
